Hi-lumen Linear LED High Bay Light

This new new linear high bay lamp adopts an all-aluminum housing and radiator integrated design, long linear shape body, with round and rectangular light distribution optional, high luminous efficiency and super bright design, it is a perfect lighting solution specially designed for large warehouses, workshops, shopping malls and logistics transit centers.



Modular design for more wattage options:

First of all, from the structure point of view, this is a modular design, it is more flexible to make more wattage combining the modules. A single row can do 4 modules, each module can do 50-80W, and 4 modules can do 250W. At the same time, it can also be side-by-side to make a double row for bigger wattage, which can be 300 watts to 500W. The modular design is also more convenient for maintenance and replacement in the future.

Different beam angle for more applications

This model has different lighting angles, there are round light beam 60°/90°/120°, and rectangular light beam 30°*70°/60°*120°/70°*140°. Different light distribution schemes can be selected for different occasions, so that the light efficiency can reach the best state.


For example, rectangular lights could be installed between the shelves, and they should be installed between the shelves. This can well illuminate the aisles, and at the same time avoid light shining on the top of the shelves, causing shadows on the bottom, and a waste of light. If the installation is relatively high, choose a rectangular light with a small angle, such as 30*70. If the installation is not very high, or the distance between the shelves is wide enough, you can choose a wide-angle rectangular light beam, such as 60°*120°/ 70°*140°. If it is installed in a relatively empty place and there is no shelf underneath, then you can choose a round light beam. Then according to the selected wattage and installation height to determine the required light-emitting angle. Generally speaking, a small angle light beam is selected for higher installation, so that the ground and work surface will be brighter. If the installation is not high, choose a wide beam, so that the overall brightness will be more uniform and there will be no light spots.

Different light efficiency for different solutions:

Each wattage has different luminous efficiency schemes to choose from, up to 160lm/w, or 120-140lm/w with lower luminous efficiency, which will be more cost-effective and suitable for projects with lower budgets. This high-efficiency version is up to 160lm/w, which means that the total lumen of 150W can be as high as 24,000lm. If you use the 120lm/w version, you need a 200W lamp to achieve the same total lumens. Therefore, the cost of buying a high-efficiency version of the lamp will be a little higher, but every single lamp, in one can save you 50W of electricity. If a total of 100 lights are used, the power consumption of 5000W can be reduced in one hour, and a lot of electricity bills can be saved in one day. At the same time, this can also make a contribution to energy conservation and environmental protection. Now that energy is limited, the whole world is calling for green, energy-saving, low-carbon and environmental protection, and electricity bills are becoming more and more expensive. A high-efficiency lamp is indeed becoming more and more popular.

High Efficient Heat Management: 

Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. This high bay light adopts heavy duty Aluminum body with thick radiator fins integrated both inside and outside of the housing. This allows for more thorough cooling of the LEDs for extended operating periods. This allows the LEDs to be driven at up to 90% capacity without overheating or visible loss of light output. The end result is more light with less heat and longer LED life with an average 70% lumen maintenance after 80,000 hours.




At the same time, the side cover cap is hollowed out, and there are vents between each module, which is good to the flow of air, quickly takes away the heat of the lamp body, and prolongs the service life of the lamp.



Intelligent control lighting solutions:

This high bay light can add smart control functions, such as ZigbeeMotion sensor dimming, DALI control, 0-10V dimming, and Emergency pack. It can realize automatic light switch, remote control through network, group control, emergency light function, which greatly reduces energy consumption and prolongs the service life of lamps.
